Beyond Blissed Out with Buttons

Thanks for a lovely evening! The time flew by and I’m really pleased with my brooch. I’ll definitely book onto another course. Debbie x”
Admire Marguerite and Debbie’s amazing startburst button brooches here.

Despite possibly the entire group looking a bit like rabbits caught in the headlights at the outset of this Beyond Blissed Out with Buttons workshop – “Do what with the wire? Twist it? Thread it? Sew it? Wind it? Loop it?”, everyone got quickly stuck into crafting the most amazingly original button jewellery.

Button brooches and rings galore

It’s always interesting to see how everyone at a Rubbish Revamped workshop can start off with the same materials but produce quite different endpieces.

It was lovely to welcome two mothers and daughters this evening: Grainne and Una, at the forefront of the picture and Nadine (standing) with Bibi under the table – aged only two weeks, Bibi slept through the whole session!
“I can’t believe I could get so excited about buttons – great fun, and a lovely evening. Thanks for being so welcoming Danielle. Want to come again”. Nadine

Yep, it is possible and not that unusual to get exceedingly excited by buttons!
Want to get excited too? There are currently two places still available on the Blissed Out with Buttons workshop on 15 July, making a button bracelet and a cute little heart hanging. More info on the workshop page at http://www.rubbishrevamped.org.uk/workshops_buttons.html
